To prepare: Pour MILO 20g sachet or Scoop 4 teaspoons of MILO into a cup/mug, add hot water and stir briskly to dissolve the powder. To take milo as an afternoon snack, replace hot water with cold water, add some ice cubes and enjoy your chilled cup of Milo.
